Learn more about us at www.starzprogram.com. ### **Position Overview** The Regional Director will oversee the daily operations of our Starz markets in Richmond, VA and the Greater Washington, DC area. Serving as a strategic partner to the Area Owner, the Regional Director will oversee the leadership teams, business performance, operational systems, and strategic priorities across the two markets. The Regional Director will work closely with the Area Owner to understand the goals, priorities, and performance expectations for each market and will partner with Area Managers to translate those priorities into effective day\-to\-day execution. This role provides Area Managers with guidance, support, and accountability while keeping the Area Owner informed of market performance, opportunities, and challenges.
