**Job Title: Engineering Project Manager** ========================================== **Job Description:** -------------------- The Engineering Project Manager is an advanced individual contributor in Research, Development, \& Engineering (RDE). The role independently manages complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects within delegated authority, integrates technical and business execution, and works toward project scope, schedule, cost, and performance objectives. Assignments may include power conversion, power distribution, and related product development projects. The same skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications apply across assignments. The role reports to the Manager, RDE Project Engineering, and has no direct reports. The Engineering Project Manager leads through project and cross\-functional coordination. The designated program leader retains accountability for overall program results, program review gates, and alignment among senior stakeholders. Engineering technical leads retain technical design approval.
