**Job Title: Strategic Communications Consultant (Contract Position)** **Contract Length:** 12 months **Salary:** $50/hr **capped at** $5,000/month, 20\-30 hrs/week **Location:** Washington, D.C. / Hybrid **Job Classification:** Contract, Part\-Time, non\-exempt **Reports To:** Shaila Huq, Communications Strategist, **Supervision Responsibilities:** This position does not supervise other positions, but there are expectations to manage Coalition partnerships and members **Travel Requirements:** This position requires local DC\-area travel and potentially national travel, as needed **Accessibility Notes:** This position requires long periods of sitting, 6 to 7 hours a day of computer usage, etc. **About Together For DC** Together for DC (T4DC) exists to build a people\-powered solidarity movement led by DC residents and neighbors across the U.S. to defend DC’s dignity and autonomy, and secure full rights for the 700,000 people who make up DC’s vibrant communities.
