What matters most to us is mechanical aptitude, dependability, safety and the ability to figure out how things work and solve problems. **What You'll Do** The exact responsibilities will depend on your skills and experience, but may include: * Diagnose and repair plant machinery and equipment * Maintain and repair trucks, forklifts, tractors and other vehicles and equipment * Perform welding, cutting and fabrication * Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Diagnose and repair electrical components, motors, controls, switches, relays and valves * Maintain conveyors, fertilizer\-production equipment and other plant machinery * Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections * Fabricate or modify parts when an off\-the\-shelf solution isn't practical * Maintain work logs, service records and parts information * Assist with equipment installation, improveme...
