Lotus West Properties is hiring a full\-time, live\-on\-site Resident Manager for Premiere Hollywood, a newly built 69\-unit studio apartment building at 6762 Hawthorn Ave in the heart of Hollywood. The building has controlled access, an elevator, a rooftop deck with city views, an indoor/outdoor lounge with a hot tub, and in\-unit washer/dryers. You will be the face of the building for residents and prospective renters and our office's eyes and hands on site. A rent\-free studio apartment at the property is part of the compensation, along with a competitive salary. **What you'll do** * Show vacant units, follow up with prospects and help applicants complete our online application (AppFolio) * Coordinate move\-ins and move\-outs: inspections, condition reports and photos, key handover * Be residents' first point of contact for questions, requests, renewals and rent reminders, working with our office team * Take maintenance requests, handle minor fixes yourself, and schedule and supervise vendors for the rest * Walk the property daily and keep the lobby, elevator, hallways, rooftop, lounge and trash areas clean and in order * Post and deliver notices as directed by the office and ke...
