**PRIMARY PURPOSE:** The Project Manager will manage all aspects of complex projects f rom inception to conclusion. Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures project milestones and objectives are met. Collaboratively implement and develop the PMO (Project Management Office) at Formulated Solutions. **MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the planning and implementation of a project. * Defines and maintain standards for project management within the organization. * Standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects . * Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. * Define project tasks and resource requirements. * Develop full scale project plans. * Manage project resource allocation. * Plan and schedule project timelines. * Track project deliverables using appropriate tools . * Provide direction and support to project team. * Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. * Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. * Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. * Create a working environment that allows everyone to work t...
