**Sales \& Operations Manager** Burn Boot Camp **Fort Mitchell, Kentucky** Bluegrass Fit for Life, LLC \| Full\-time \| Approximately 40 hours per week $20\+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. **About the role** Lead our team, manage daily gym operations, and help members feel welcome and supported. Reporting to the Franchise Partners, you’ll coach staff, grow memberships, and deliver an excellent member experience. Fitness experience is not required; strong people leadership is. **What you’ll do** * Hire, train, and lead Burn Ambassadors; coordinate with the Lead Trainer and Childwatch Lead. Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities, and hold people accountable respectfully. * Manage staffing, schedules, timecards, and payroll accuracy. Support safe Childwatch operations. * Partner with the Growth Manager to turn trials into memberships.
