About the Role: Culmen International is seeking experienced **TSA SPP Transition Managers** for future Screening Partnership Program Task Orders at airports across the United States. The Transition Manager will lead the planning and execution required to transition airport passenger and baggage screening operations from an incumbent provider or TSA to Culmen while maintaining uninterrupted security operations. This role will coordinate incumbent capture, recruiting, vetting, training, badging, onboarding, facilities, equipment, uniforms, scheduling, and operational\-readiness activities leading to Day 1 performance.
