United States \| Solar Group **Construction Coordinator I** \- Solar **SUMMARY** Mortenson is currently seeking a **Construction Coordinator I** with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever\-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting * Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountant * Train in new project admins/clerks * Perform basic inventory control under the direction of project management staff * Assist with record retention and document controls * Perform basic field quality and safety inspections * Document conformance to plans and specs * Recommend potential solutions * Promote Mortenson’s safety culture * Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned * **QUALIFICATIONS** * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience on a construction job site preferred * Strong Microsoft Office and i...
