**Description** Ensures that all demographic and insurance information is captured in a timely and accurate manner in our Medical Record system. Prepares and coordinates the distribution of patient information to nursing units and ancillary departments. Adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements. Collects patient co\-payments, pre\-payments and payments due. Works side by side with the clinical team in the emergency room setting.
