**Job Title: Coffee Bar Manager** **Locations:** Oversees coffee program and standards across all locations **Reports To:** General Manager / Operations Manager **Position Summary** The Coffee Bar Manager is the resident coffee expert across all locations, responsible for leading the team on all things coffee — quality, consistency, technique, and education. This role works hands\-on behind the bar at each location, sets and upholds coffee standards company\-wide, trains and coaches baristas on craft, and serves as the primary point of contact for equipment technicians and outside coffee trainings/certifications across the growing footprint. **Key Responsibilities** *Coffee Program Leadership* * Own and uphold consistent coffee quality standards across all locations — dialing in espresso, dose/yield/extraction times, milk texturing, pour\-over/batch brew methods, and recipe consistency * Taste\-test and calibrate espresso at each location; adjust grind, dose, and recipes as beans age or change * Help develop and standardize drink recipes, seasonal menu items, and brew guides so every location tastes the same * Maintain cupping/tasting notes and stay current on the roaster's offerin...
