**Amazon Connect AWS Enterprise Architect** SDV International \| San Antonio, TX or Falls Church, VA **About the Role** SDV International is seeking an Amazon Connect AWS Enterprise Architect to design and implement large\-scale, cloud\-native contact center solutions supporting a Military Health customer. You will lead technical strategy, drive integrations with enterprise CRM and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, and deliver AI\-driven automation that improves the customer experience. This is a senior, customer\-facing role for someone with deep Amazon Connect expertise and strong consultative skills.
