Motivational Systems, Inc., a full service supplier of interior and exterior environmental graphics (displays and signing) is currently looking to fill the position of Production Manager for its Fresno Division located in Fresno, California. The Production Manager is responsible for managing and directing all production and installation activities as well as production department personnel. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Manages the production and installation of all production staff and products produced * Sets and maintains all production commitments and priorities * Provides job bids for all products to the Sales department * Purchasing * Creates write\-ups for the production, purchasing, and installation of products * Interfaces with all department and division personnel in regards to the production status of products * Maintains all office and documented procedures for the department * Monitors all production activities for quality, schedule, budget, and safety requirements * Provides training of all personnel to perform their jobs using proper tools, methods, and safety practices * Will maintain profit and loss responsibility for the department * Assists in the ...
