Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales SOUTH CENTRAL Lead, Coach, and Build the Next Generation of Pharmaceutical Sales Talent Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA\-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Denmark, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high\-performance sales team to support this launch. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of early\-career Territory Sales Representatives, many of whom are breaking into pharmaceutical sales for the first time. Your role is to actively coach, develop, and drive execution—turning motivated, coachable individuals into high\-performing sales professionals. Coaching business acumen, territory strategy, and driving efficiencies will also be critical to this role. This is a hands\-on, in\-the\-field leadership role for someone who enjoys developing talent, reinforcing structure, and leading from the front.
