The role involves participant outreach, informed consent, survey administration, data entry, chart review, shipping supplies, and responding to participant questions and concerns. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in person, communicating by phone, and managing program documentation and data with attention to detail. This is an in\-person position based at 2 Tampa General Circle, Tampa, FL 33545 This Position is Grant Funded. This position requires a Level II Background Check and Drug Screen. * Recruit and obtain consent from eligible participants in clinical and community settings, including the Tampa General Hospital\- Women’s Center and designated outreach events. * Explain the program activities and services to potential participants, answer questions, and support informed consent and enrollment procedures in accordance with program protocols. * Send, distribute, and track participant surveys, including NAS surveys, and follow up with clients as needed to support completion. * Serve as a point of contact for participants by phone, addressing questions, concerns, and routine program\-related needs in a professional and timely manner. * Conduct chart review and abstract ...
