**JOB SUMMARY** Provide logistical support to staff, artists and educators in facilitation of RISD Museum educational programs for a variety of audiences, including teens, college students, and adults. Coordinate and complete a variety of administrative duties related to the efficient day\-to\-day operations of educational programs. Schedule On\-Call Educators and serve as their primary point of contact for program\-related logistics and communication. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:** * Under the direction of the Director of Public Programs, provides pre\-program and day\-of logistical and/or facilitation support for intergenerational educational programs, including Ways of Looking, Work in Process, Museum Professional Practices 101, and more. Support may include setting up the physical space, setting and replenishing supplies, greeting facilitators and guests, tracking attendance, taking notes, photos, and videos, serving as the Zoom host for virtual meetings, responding to inquiries from external contacts, and requesting, collecting, and organizing participant feedback.
