**Job Summary** The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing, ensuring that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** * **Production Planning \& Scheduling:** Develop, execute, and adjust daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and sales forecasts. * **Operational Oversight:** Manage the end\-to\-end production process, including materials, all fabrication and workflow management, final assembly and final product distribution. * **Quality Control:** Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring products meet specifications and conducting regular audits to reduce defects. * **Resource Allocation:** Manage staffing levels, assign personnel to tasks, and ensure machinery/equipment is properly maintained and optimized. * **Budget \& Cost Control:** Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and implement cost\-saving measures without sacrificing quality. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Enforce health and safety regulations (such as OSHA or GMP) to maintain a safe working environment. * **Performance Reporting:** Analyze...
