**Job Summary** As a Hotel Night Auditor, you’ll keep overnight hotel operations running smoothly while delivering attentive service to guests. You’ll balance daily financial activity, review reservations, and prepare accurate reports so the next shift can start with clear, reliable information. Your impact: By resolving guest needs and completing a thorough night audit, you help guests feel supported and give the hotel team an accurate view of daily operations. **Duties** * Welcome guests at the front desk, manage check\-ins and check\-outs, and respond to requests with strong customer service and guest relations. * Complete the night audit, reconcile transactions, review hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS), and prepare shift reports. * Use Synxis or similar systems to update reservations, guest accounts, and room information. * Handle phone communication with professional phone etiquette; resolve service concerns through clear client communication and customer service problem\-solving. * Follow hotel emergency procedures, maintain a calm and secure overnight environment, and coordinate guest services with other teams. **Experience** * Hotel exper...
