Garver is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Transportation Team in Kansas City to continue the tradition of providing reputable service to our clients. **Responsibilities in this position will include:** * Managing transportation and infrastructure projects from conceptual planning through design and construction support for public and private sector clients. * Leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for track, civil, drainage, utility, roadway, and facility\-related transportation projects. * Serving as a primary client contact while developing and maintaining strong relationships with railroads, municipalities, governmental agencies, and industrial clients. * Coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, quality control, risk management activities, and project delivery efforts. * Assisting with preparation of construction documents including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports. * Supporting business development initiatives through proposal development, client engagement, project interviews, and strategic pursuit planning. * Mentoring engineers, designers, and technical staff while promoting professional growth and technical excellence. *...
