This role ensures stable, accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of end\-to\-end R2R activities, including period\-end close, general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. The Director partners closely with the R2R Global Process Owner (GPO), Controllership, FP\&A, IT, and regional teams to standardize operations, drive continuous improvement, and deliver strong KPI performance. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Finance GPO \& Delivery and will be based in Brea, CA (US) or Prague (Czech Republic). In California, Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028\.
