**Overview** MotoMedi is looking for a creative, outgoing, and TikTok\-savvy Content Creator \& Social Media Manager to take ownership of our TikTok presence. We're looking for someone who understands TikTok trends, knows how to create engaging content, and isn't afraid to get in front of the camera. This person should bring personality, fresh ideas, and creativity to our content while helping grow our audience. This is a part\-time, hybrid position based in Lubbock, TX, with potential to grow as MotoMedi continues to expand. **What You'll Do** * Manage MotoMedi's TikTok account and day\-to\-day activity * Develop and maintain weekly and monthly TikTok content calendars * Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok videos consistently throughout the week * Create content featuring our food, employees, behind\-the\-scenes moments, and restaurant experiences * Confidently appear on camera and participate in TikTok videos, trends, and creative concepts * Research TikTok trends, sounds, and creative opportunities * Develop strategies to increase followers, views, engagement, and brand awareness * Write captions, select hashtags, and optimize content for TikTok * Monitor and respond t...
