The position is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and approving Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans submitted by private contractors and County departments. Employees in this role ensure that MOT plans are appropriate for the scope and complexity of proposed construction, roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects and comply with applicable County requirements, traffic engineering standards, and safety regulations.
