We are currently looking for Home Health Registered Nurse (RN): Full\-Time candidates to care for patients in the following areas: **Collin County area.** The primary function of this position is to administer skilled nursing care for patients/clients in their place of residence. **Essential Functions:** * Complete initial and ongoing assessments * Regularly re\-evaluate the patient's nursing needs and evaluates the outcomes of care * Develop, initiate and revise the plan of care * Furnish skilled nursing services that are ordered by the physician * Coordinate services * Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third\-party payors * Prepare clinical and progress notes **Job Qualifications:** * Current TX RN License or multi\-state compact RN license * Current TX Driver's License * Community / Home Health / Hospice experience preferred * Good interpersonal skills * Proof of current CPR * Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance Arcy Home Health is an equal employment op...
