**K\&S Logistics \| Ontario, California \| Full\-time, on\-site** **Pay: $26–$32 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience** **Reports to: Warehouse Manager** **What this job is about** We need a hands\-on lead to manage receiving, keep inventory accurate and make sure products are ready for our outbound team to pick and ship. You will lead the assigned inbound and inventory staff, work closely with our Warehouse Manager and help improve the way we receive, store, count and replenish products. This is a warehouse\-floor role with regular computer and spreadsheet work. You will own inbound and inventory work—not the entire warehouse or the pick\-pack\-ship team. **What you will do** **Manage incoming shipments** Review expected deliveries, check shipment information and plan receiving work and storage space. Check product codes, quantities, labels and visible damage using each customer’s agreed counting method. Record receipts and follow up on missing information or differences. **Keep inventory correct** Make sure products are placed in the right locations and movements are scanned and recorded.
