Description ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, ORLANDO PRIME OUTLETS THE PURPOSE: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance through strong sales execution, operational discipline, and exceptional customer experience. This role plays a key leadership position on the sales floor, helping to execute daily store operations, coach and develop associates, and uphold True Religion’s brand and selling standards. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Assistant Store Manager provides coverage and leadership to ensure continued performance, team engagement, and operational consistency. THE ROLE (what you are accountable for): Support Business Results: Partner with the Store Manager to drive store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink, while maintaining operational and visual standards.
