**Summary of Position:** We are in search of a motivated and dependable individual for a General Accountant to join our team of employee owners. This position requires positive attitude, self\-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work well with others as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality where needed. This position will be hands on in multiple aspects of accounting and human resources, and will play a significant part in developing and assisting in overseeing policies and procedures to ensure that trend continues. This will be an Exempt/Salary position with a normal expectation of 45\-50 hours worked per week. **Accounting Responsibilities** \- Processing Accounts Receivable. This includes but is not limited to preparation and posting of journal entries, reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting (both internally and externally). \- Responsible for contacting customers regarding delinquent accounts, requesting, and completing account reconciliations by customer as needed to address open A/R issues. \- Processing Accounts Payable (Backup to primary).
