**Job Description:** **Production Manager – CNC Manufacturing** ------------------------------------------ **SIS, an EIS company \| Canton, GA** **Compensation:** $100,000\- $120,000 plus benefits and bonus ### **Lead manufacturing performance. Develop the team. Deliver results.** SIS is looking for a Production Manager with direct experience leading manufacturing operations, preferably in CNC machining or precision component manufacturing. This role owns daily production execution across shifts, including staffing, machine utilization, schedule attainment, quality, and employee performance. You’ll lead supervisors and production teams, coordinate with technical and support departments, and turn production priorities into clear plans and measurable results. **Direct manufacturing machine shop leadership experience is required.
