Position Summary ================ The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading all production planning, materials management, inventory control, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities for the New Berlin operation. This position ensures alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory investment, and material availability to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives. The role serves as a key cross\-functional leader partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing to develop and execute production and inventory strategies that improve customer service, operational efficiency, and business performance. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for building and developing an engaged and capable team while driving continuous improvement throughout the planning and supply chain processes.
