### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 5, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital setting, requiring CA PT License and BLS certification with a focus on inpatient rehab. ### **Details** * Acute care hospital setting with focus on inpatient rehabilitation * Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Epic charting system preferred * Patient population includes cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, and pediatrics * Provides clinical supervision to PT assistants and aides, and serves as clinical instructor for assigned students ### **Requirements** * CA Physical Therapist License required if applicable * BLS certification required * Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required * Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program required * Hand therapy, lymphedema, manual therapy, wound care, and dry needling certifications preferred * PTA certification preferred ### **Additional Information** * Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve patient ...
