Overview: This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and administering a designated program at an assigned branch. The Program Director is responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, and developing assigned team. The Program Director oversees the engagement and recruitment of volunteers for the program. The Sports and Adventure Clubs Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for the YMCA's Sports and Adventure Clubs programs. The Director is responsible for program growth, quality, safety, and community engagement. The Director manages staff and volunteers, develops and implements program curriculum, coordinates logistics for events and activities, and ensures alignment with the YMCA's mission, values, and goals.
