**Member Experience \& Operations Manager (Part\-Time)** **Legacy Executive Club** **About the role** Legacy Executive Club is a peer advisory community for senior executives and founders. Members meet in facilitated personal boards and connect between meetings in Legacy Center, our community on Mighty Networks. We're hiring a part\-time Member Experience \& Operations Manager to run day\-to\-day operations, lead our admin and finance support, and make every member feel known and well cared for. You'll be the Founder's right hand: taking charge of projects, keeping operations moving and bringing the structure and follow\-through that let a fast\-moving community scale. **Role at a glance** * **Reports to:** Founder * **Hours:** 20 hours/week (about 4 hours/day), Monday to Friday * **Schedule:** Flexible within US business hours; must overlap 9 to 12 Arizona time (MST) * **Location:** Fully remote * **Travel:** Light: Attend 1 to 2 member events per year * **Engagement:** Long\-term contract * **Pay:** $40 to $55/hour, based on experience \+ goal\-driven upside **What you'll do** **Member experience** * Own member responsiveness: audit the inbox and Legacy Center admin messages so e...
