Olympia Builders builds new homes in Jackson, Lakewood, Toms River and nearby towns. We’re hiring someone hands\-on who can run our job sites and also isn’t afraid to pick up a tool or a broom. This is not a desk job. **What you’ll do** * Be on our job sites every day and keep the work moving. * Meet subcontractors, let them in, check their work, and keep them on schedule. * Take in material deliveries and make sure we got what we ordered. * Be there for town inspections and walk the inspector through. * Handle odds and ends yourself: small repairs, hanging doors, hardware, caulking, patching, punch list items. * Keep the sites clean and safe: sweep up, haul debris, keep the dumpster area neat. * Send photos and updates from your phone using our company app. **What we’re looking for** * Experience in residential construction (new homes or renovation). * Your own hand tools and power tools. * Handy with basic carpentry and repairs. * Reliable, organized, and shows up on time. * Can deal with subs and inspectors in a clear, respectful way. * Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and updates. * Valid driver’s license and your own truck or van.
