We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Director, this role produces the content that creates demand, supports the systems that deliver it, and uses the performance data behind both to determine what gets built next. Experience in a B2B marketing environment supporting a direct sales organization is strongly preferred. This is a hands\-on role. The same person will be reviewing Google Analytics and LinkedIn performance in the morning and drafting campaign copy and cutting short\-form video in the afternoon. The successful candidate is comfortable both producing the work and defending the reasoning behind it. This position supports marketing operations execution — email configuration, website updates, and day\-to\-day system support. Platform administration, integrations, and infrastructure decisions remain with TRG’s marketing operations and IT teams.
