Pharmacist – Full\-Time **Professional Pharmacy \| Baltimore County, Maryland** We are an independent pharmacy with a strong clinical focus and a culture built around teamwork, communication, and personalized patient care. Our pharmacists are encouraged to use their clinical judgment, build relationships with patients, and work collaboratively with prescribers and other healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do * Safely review and dispense prescriptions * Counsel patients and provide medication education * Administer vaccines and participate in immunization clinics * Identify medication\-related concerns, adherence issues, and opportunities to improve therapy * Communicate with prescribers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals * Support medication synchronization, adherence packaging, long\-term care, and other clinical services * Assist with compounded prescriptions * Work closely with technicians, interns, students, and other members of the pharmacy team What We’re Looking For * Active Maryland pharmacist license * 3 or more years of pharmacist experience * Comfortable and enthusiastic about administering vaccines * Strong patient counseling and communication skills * Clinical...
