**Purpose and Scope** This position is responsible for protecting company personnel, facilities, assets and operations through the development and administration of Tolmar’s physical security program (PSP). The security manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all security\-related issues at our CO \& IL sites. The security manager will be responsible for Tolmar’s security program to include guard management, facility security infrastructure maintenance \& investments, and for the development and ensuring full adoption/compliance of our physical security program standards and policies company wide. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** * Establish and manage relationships with site leadership and crisis management teams. * Act as the main POC for the business with the third\-party security contractors carrying out guarding duties on site, performance standards, KPI adherence, and required certifications. * Establish and manage relationships with security contractors, integrators and vendors, ensuring master service agreements (MSA’s), statement of work (SOW), purchase orders (PO’s) and where applicable non\-disclosure agreements (NDA’s) are in place. * The security...
