The Pathophysiology \& Treatment Research (PTR) Division, Department of Psychiatry, New York State Psychiatric Institute is seeking a master's level applicant for a Research Project Manager III position. This is a full\-time position. The candidate will fulfill the role of Research Project Manager III, functioning as a senior staff trainer and technical assistance specialist for the Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Regional (ROTA\-R) Center (100% effort). The ROTA\-R coordinates training and technical assistance in HHS Region 2 (New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) focusing on applying evidence\-based practices in prevention, treatment, and recovery for substance use disorders, with a specific focus on opioid and stimulant use disorders, to meet locally identified needs in rural catchment areas across the region.
