This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures. **Specific Duties:** * Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents * Prepares and administers medications charts as required * Administers treatments * Consults with physicians * Communicates with director of nursing and staff **Job Requirements** * Long term care experience preferred * Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment * Must be a Registered Nurse or a License Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas (or multistate) * Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skill...
