Whether you are a short\-term patient with rehabilitation needs after a hospital stay or a long\-term patient with chronic and complex care needs, our skilled nursing facilities are designed to offer personalized healthcare. **POSITION SUMMARY:** We are looking for an experienced Admissions Director who will be responsible for providing admissions support. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Submit monthly calendar with his/her schedule for the month, to cluster Center Administrators, VP of Operations and VP of Business Development. * Works with cluster Center to maximize lead flow into and through the cluster Centers in partnership with Field Liaisons, ensuring that every lead is touched daily. * For cluster Centers, coordinates development of patient outcome and ensures Field Liaisons receive outcomes on a weekly basis. * Conduct cluster center training as necessary to promote patient satisfaction. * Coordinate patient satisfaction efforts at cluster Centers usi...
