Position Overview: The Assistant Controller will be the owner of the general ledger and be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the monthly close process, through to the preparation of required SEC filings. Additionally, this position will assist with technical accounting analysis and will work closely with the Controller, CFO, accounting team, FP\&A, legal, Audit Committee and internal \& external auditors. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer. **What You’ll Do:*** Maintain an accurate general ledger with clear documentation of all transactions and all related intercompany transactions * Review and approve certain general ledger entries prepared by other staff members * Supervise the month\-end close and prepare designated schedules, journal entries, and financial statements as needed * Draft annual/quarterly public financial statements, footnotes and MDA, ensuring accura...
