Overview: Plastic Surgery practice is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in a clinic or surgical office. This role combines direct patient care with medical administrative support, including assisting in clinic, rooming patients, room prep, chart prep, scheduling appointments, insurance eligibility, and obtaining prior authorizations. Requirements: * Several years of medical assisting or medical office experience; familiarity with medical records, insurance eligibility, and prior authorizations. * Computer skills (Microsoft platform and patient scheduling) * Professional demeanor * Team player Pay: $23\.00 \- $26\.00 per hour Expected hours: 20\.0 – 30\.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) Work Location: In person
