**Individual must be in the Charlotte, NC area and be able to work in office on a Hybrid schedule.** **Position Overview:** The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information. This role will have a strong focus on revenue recognition, accounts receivable, sales tax compliance, month\-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the CFO and cross\-functional leaders to ensure accounting practices are aligned with GAAP, company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, hands\-on experience with revenue recognition and multi\-state sales tax, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.
