About Monkedia We're a performance marketing agency that runs paid acquisition on Meta and Google for direct\-to\-consumer and ecommerce brands. Our clients spend between $5K and $100K a month in media, and they hire us to grow revenue, not to run pretty campaigns. Everything we do is measured in ROAS, MER, and CAC. About the Role This is the person our clients trust. As Senior Account Manager, you own a book of DTC and ecommerce accounts and you are accountable for keeping them, growing them, and making sure they feel the value we deliver every single month. You are not the media buyer. Our buyers run the ad accounts. You own the relationship: you translate client goals into a brief the strategy and media teams can execute against, you read the performance data well enough to know when something is off before the client does, and you lead the conversation when results are strong and when they are not. The best people in this seat save accounts that a weaker AM would lose, and turn good accounts into bigger ones.
