**POSITION SUMMARY** The Post\-Construction Assistant Superintendent will report to the post\-construction lead Superintendent and will support the superintendent(s) with oversight of preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance, or repairs, across McCarthy’s utility\-scale PV/BESS portfolio. The role has diverse responsibilities, from people management, planning, logistics, administration, field work, and execution. The candidate will require a unique set of skills to be successful in this role, ranging from electrical, civil, mechanical, troubleshooting, trackers, inverters, and controls/SCADA. As a part of McCarthy’s growing post\-construction group, which includes warranty and maintenance, the role comes with opportunity for advancement and expanded responsibilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide coordination, planning and supervision support to Superintendent and field technicians. * Participation in Warranty/Maintenance meetings (Internal and External). * Support root cause investigations by documenting and submitting findings from the field back to management. * Promote and enforce a strong safety culture with THA's, LOTO procedures and work plans. * Identify and addres...
