The City of Bunnell Commission seeks pragmatic, innovative, and professional servant\-leader candidates to serve as the City Manager of Bunnell. The City Manager is responsible to the City Commission and provides general leadership, direction, guidance, and management to the City. Duties: Job Description available upon request * Facilitate the City’s goals and objectives. * Coordinate the City’s efforts to accomplish cost savings and increased efficiencies. * Ensure laws and ordinances are enforced. * Appointment and removal of employees. * Exercise control and direct supervision over all departments and divisions of the municipal government, including public utilities. * Make recommendations to the Commission for adoption such measures as the City Manager may deem necessary or expedient in the interests of the City. * Keep the City Commission fully advised as to the financial condition and needs of the City and prepare and submit for Commission consideration an annual budget. * Act as purchasing agent for the City and conduct all sales of personal property which the Commission may authorize to be sold. * Oversee collective bargaining. * Perform such other duties as may be prescrib...
