BHE building a small, senior engineering team to solve high\-value problems across its energy businesses. Engineers will work directly with business and operating leaders to identify opportunities, build solutions quickly and carry successful products into production. The work will span software engineering, data, forecasting, artificial intelligence and optimization. * Own solutions from business problem through production deployment. * Build software, data products and decision tools used directly by operators and business teams. * Work across forecasting, optimization, AI and workflow automation. * Measure success through operating and financial outcomes, not activity or prototypes. * Make pragmatic architecture decisions and move quickly with incomplete information. * Establish the engineering practices and technical standards for a new team. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
