**MISSION:** The mission of BAC Enterprises is to provide persons with disabilities with innovative services and opportunities to achieve personal success. **JOB SUMMARY****:** The Commissary Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the day\-to\-day execution and overall performance of the commissary contract across shelf stocking, Receiving/Storage/Holding Area (RSHA), and custodial services. This position provides leadership to the Assistant Project Manager (APM), supervisors, and staff; ensures work is performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS); and uses actual case volume, product mix, staffing levels, and contract requirements to plan, direct, and adjust operations. The PM serves as BAC’s primary onsite operational representative and coordinates day and night operations to ensure required work is completed safely, on time, within staffing expectations, and to quality standards. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** The list of essential functions below is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this job.
