**Job Overview** As Controller, you'll run accounting for the entire organization: construction projects, operating apartment and hotel properties, and the family office. You'll be accountable for the accuracy of the books across every entity, you'll lead the close each month, and you'll deliver the financial reports that owners, investors, lenders, and outside advisors use to make major decisions. This is a leadership seat that still requires rolling up your sleeves. You'll need strong real estate accounting knowledge and the presence to work directly with ownership, auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and JV partners. We're looking for someone who has worked at a developer, family office, or real estate investment firm and knows what it takes to account for a business that is building, operating, and reporting all at once.
