Responsible for ensuring and improving the safety performance, productivity, and efficiency of departments and organizational operations through utilizing KPIs. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Responsible for leading the day\-to\-day cross\-dock operation * Train on all safety procedures, operational processes, and customer requirements * Primary liaison between the cross\-dock and its’ customers * Facilitate professional development of Team Leaders and staff * Lead and implement Kaizen activities * Ensure adherence to all company standards and processes * Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment * Fosters operational improvements * Maintain accurate performance metrics * Work Monday \- Friday * weekend requirements may apply with advanced notice **EDUCATION:** Relevant degree or 3\-5 years industry experi...
