Overview: Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a **Production Systems Specialist!** Responsibilities: * Self\-motivated individual with the ability to work independently. * Performs full range of on\-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment and printers \& Non\-KM printers HP, Lexmark, etc.) as well as equipment installation/ de\-installations, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and performed firmware upgrades. * Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites while managing territory work volume and maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction. * Occasionally travel outside of the local area for training. * Communicate with management on customer or field issues. * Successful completion of training classes and effective servicing of those products, with the ability to requests assistance when necessary to meet customer demands. * Follows proper call handling procedures while maintaining the minimum required productivity measur...
