Summary: **Summary** All Native Group is seeking to fill the position of Director of Pricing. This role requires a skilled, proactive individual with extensive experience developing and managing cost/price proposals for US and foreign government solicitations, ongoing contract changes/modification, and be a versatile, strategic thinker with respect to customer needs and competitive positioning to meet those needs. This hands\-on leadership role is responsible for developing pricing strategies that drive competitive positioning, profitable growth, and long\-term success across the federal marketplace while leading the development of complex pricing models and cost proposals for strategic opportunities. The Director partners closely with Executive Leadership, Business Development, Capture, Operations, Contracts, and Finance to align pricing strategies with corporate objectives, mature the pricing organization, and establish scalable, best\-in\-class pricing practices. **COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS** Salary Range: $185,000 \- $208,000 Comprehensive federal benefits package available to full\-time employees, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan participation. **E...
